Boston Celtics: 3 takeaways from Game 4 vs. Bucks
1. Terry Rozier struggles in Milwaukee
Whether it’s just a simple slump or a change in the Bucks’ defensive strategy, Terry Rozier struggled to find his footing in Milwaukee, scoring a combined 19 points in Games 3 and 4 after scoring 23 apiece in Games 1 and 2 in Boston.
No matter the reason, Rozier simply has to play better, as the Celtics rely on him greatly to produce on the offensive end.
With offensive talent in the form of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jabari Parker, the Bucks have enough scoring option to put points on the board consistently.
Unfortunately, the Celtics don’t have that same luxury, as both Irving and Gordon Hayward aren’t available to play.
Even so, Boston has found a way to stay afloat, as Al Horford, Brown and Tatum have contributed nicely to the scoring totals.
While Horford is an experienced veteran, capable of carrying the scoring burden, both Tatum and Brown are extremely young. While they don’t seem to be fazed by the high-intensity vibe of the playoffs, relying on such inexperienced players is a risky play.
As someone who’s been to the playoffs the past three seasons with the Celtics, Rozier is the prime candidate to take on more responsibilities on offense next to Horford.

He was successful in the first two games, but if Boston wants to cut off the Bucks’ momentum in Game 5, Rozier will have to find his offensive groove once again.
