3. Offensive struggles plague Boston

Without All-Star Kyrie Irving, the Celtics knew they were going to have to get creative if they wanted to generate enough scoring to remain competitive throughout the playoffs.

In Game 4, the C’s struggled to do just that, converting on just 41.4 percent of their shots from the field, including 10-of-29 from distance.

Even with Irving in the lineup, Boston still struggled to produce offense, ranking in the bottom third of the league in points per game.

With Milwaukee’s offense gaining traction over these past two games, Boston’s defense will slowly become less and less impactful, only putting more pressure on its offense to make up the difference.

Thier scoring totals were nice in Game 4, but the Celtics must do a better job of increasing their efficiency if they want to avoid a double-digit deficit in Game 5.
