The Memphis Grizzlies had an incredibly disappointing 2017-18 season, but there were some good highlights still. Let’s take a look at the top 10.
The Memphis Grizzlies‘ seven-year streak of playoff appearances came to an end in 2017-18. That fact, combined with preseason expectations, made Memphis’ 22-60 record one of the most discouraging in the entire league.
But it wasn’t all bad.
Like with every team, there were some good things mixed in with the bad, and Memphis set itself up decently to be much better next year. The Grizz made quality moves on young guys, played it safe with Mike Conley‘s injury and moved on from a coach that didn’t fit their organization.
Let’s take a look at some of the good things that happened in Grind City this year, because after a year where we saw the Grizzlies lose 19 straight, looking back at the positives could be a welcome exercise.
