Weaknesses

Throughout his entire career, one of Jordan’s biggest weaknesses has been the restricted offensive game that he possesses. He is not the type of big man that teams can throw the ball to in the post and let him go to work, which has frustrated some fans.

Jordan mainly scores off of offensive rebounds and lobs to the rim. He will occasionally make post moves, but that is an area that has not shown much improvement over the year. There are very few big men that could defend Jordan in the post if he developed that ability, but at 29 years of age, time is running out.

Outside of his offensive game, there are very few areas that Jordan struggles. His foul shooting has always been rough and was once again in 2017-18 at 58.0 percent. While 58 percent isn’t something to brag about, he did improve from 48.2 percent in 2016-17.

Expect to see Jordan maintain the offensive game that he currently has moving forward. There has not been much growth on that end of the court and Clippers fans shouldn’t expect that to change now.
