2. Kyle Kover makes an impact

Many were quick to criticize Lue after Game 1, as the head coach inexplicably failed to utilize one of his best offensive weapons in Kyle Korver.

As the Cavaliers struggled from distance, there was little to no excuse for Korver, a career 43.1 percent shooter from deep, to see only three minutes of action.

Credit to coach Lue though, as he inserted Korver into the starting lineup for Game 2 in the hopes that he could space the floor for LeBron James.

Korver responded extremely well, hitting four 3s in eight attempts and bending Indiana’s defense with his every step.

Even more impressive was Korver’s impact on the defensive end, diving on the floor for a loose ball, taking a charge on Lance Stephenson and making a key strip on Myles Turner late in the fourth quarter.

While his worth lies in his ability to space the floor for his teammates, Korver’s ability to impact the game in other ways makes him a valuable asset moving forward, especially if he continues to remain in the starting lineup.
