After a lack of aggression in Game 1, LeBron James came out on a mission in Game 2, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 100-97 victory.

The Cleveland Cavaliers bounced backed from a disheartening Game 1 loss, defeating the Indiana Pacers 100-97 in what was essentially a must-win game for the Cavs.

LeBron James gave Indiana the business, scoring 46 points on 17-of-24 shooting shooting to go along with 12 rebounds and five assists.

Head coach Tyronn Lue had asked LeBron to be more aggressive from the get-go, and James was happy to oblige. He scored 20 in the first quarter, including 16 straight to start the game, setting the tone for the rest of the night.

In the process, he helped the Cavs even their first round playoff series at 1-1.

After playing just three minutes off the bench in Game 1, Kyle Korver was inserted into the starting lineup and performed admirably in 30 minutes, knocking down four 3-pointers en-route to a 12-point night.

Victor Oladipo played well once again, but his 22 points weren’t enough against a Cavaliers team that couldn’t afford to go down 2-0 in the series.

With only a three-point victory and the series headed to Indiana for Games 3 and 4, the Cavs still have their work cut out for them if they want to advance. They should look to build on these three takeaways in order to regain home-court advantage in the series.
