After a convincing 120-106 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks, the Boston Celtics are in control with a 2-0 series lead heading to Milwaukee.

Who needs Kyrie Irving?

After requiring overtime to win Game 1, the Boston Celtics came out in dominating fashion in Game 2, beating the Milwaukee Bucks 120-106 to take a 2-0 series lead as the scene shifts to Milwaukee for Games 3 and 4.

The victory was a team effort for the C’s, with six players in double-figures, led by a career playoff-high 30 points from sophomore Jaylen Brown.

Milwaukee had six players of its own in double-figures, but Giannis Antetokounmpo’s near triple-double couldn’t bring the Bucks a victory.

Against a team with as much potential as the Bucks and considering the injuries to guards Kyrie Irving and Marcus Smart, protecting home-court is exactly how Boston wanted to start its playoff run.

Having said that, as the scene shifts to Wisconsin, the Celtics will have to keep up this type of effort on the opposing team’s court, and it’s these three takeaways they should look to carry over to help them get the road wins.
