2. Missing KAT

It’s no secret how important Karl-Anthony Towns is to this series. If Minnesota has any chance at an upset, it rests on the shoulders of the stud big man. Towns didn’€™t live up to that billing on Sunday. In 40 minutes, KAT scored eight points on nine shots and was a wreck defensively.

Some blame goes to the rest of the T-Wolves, as Towns should’ve been fed more.

No matter the case, there’€™s not a single game where he should finish with nine shots. Towns has to also hold himself accountable as he passed out of a few mismatches, and would probably admit he wasn’€™t as aggressive as he should have been.

Whether the Rockets’€™ defensive game plan caught him by surprise or first playoff game jitters got the best of him, we should all expect a better performance in Game 2.
