Rationale:

  • A sprained ankle forced Giannis Antetokounmpo to miss the entire second half of Wednesday’s contest against the L.A. Clippers. Antetokounmpo is questionable for Friday night’s game against the Chicago Bulls, providing guard Khris Middleton an opportunity to pour in even more points. Middleton is averaging 20.2 points on the year, and was the primary offensive option for the Milwaukee Bucks for the rest of the night against the Clippers, leading to 23 points.
  • Since being snubbed from the Western Conference All-Star team last month, Lou Williams hasn’t slowed down statistically. Since the All-Star break, Williams has remained a prominent FanDuel NBA option by averaging 21.7 points, 5.6 assists and converting 1.5 times from 3-point range each game. Fresh off a 19-point, eight-assist outing against the Milwaukee Bucks, Williams could be in line for another strong night against the Indiana Pacers.
