Rationale:

  • In his first game back from a hand injury that forced him to miss 17 consecutive games, Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love appeared ready for a long playoff run. During his 25-minute stint against the Milwaukee Bucks, Love buried four shots from 3-point range as part of an 18-point, seven-rebound, four-assist and two-block effort Monday night. Despite the minutes restriction, Love still managed to post 36.4 points in FanDuel NBA tournament play.
  • The Denver Nuggets are slowly working Paul Millsap into a more prominent role within the offense. A torn ligament in his left wrist forced Millsap to miss 43 consecutive games, but in the 11 games since his return, the 33-year-old forward is averaging 11.9 rebounds, 6.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks per game. Even though the scoring figures are a bit below his typical output, Millsap remains a factor for FanDuel NBA lineups behind his ability to contribute in each statistical category.
