Top 4 Small Forwards

  1. Paul George ($8,200) vs. Boston Celtics
  2. Taurean Prince ($7,700) vs. Utah Jazz
  3. Josh Jackson ($6,500) vs. Detroit Pistons
  4. Reggie Bullock ($5,700) vs. Phoenix Suns

Rationale:

  • While teammate Russell Westbrook is playing at his highest level of the season, Paul George has struggled with his efficiency for the Oklahoma City Thunder. George hasn’t converted 50 percent of his attempts from the field since connecting on 10-of-14 attempts against the Memphis Grizzlies, a stretch of 13 straight games. The five-time All-Star has still managed to produce 18.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.4 steals, but has shot just 38.8 percent from the field. If George can find his shooting touch Tuesday against the Celtics, he could be in line for a huge night.
  • Late into his second season, small forward Taurean Prince is quickly emerging as the focal point of the offensive attack for the Atlanta Hawks. In the three games since setting a career-high with 38 points against the Chicago Bulls, Prince is logging 28.3 points on 46.9 percent shooting from the field. Prince even matched his career-high scoring mark Saturday against the Milwaukee Bucks, as he poured in 38 points on 13-of-26 shooting from the field, including four conversions from 3-point range.
