10. Dillon Brooks, Memphis Grizzlies

Last rank: N/A

The Memphis Grizzlies ended a 19-game losing streak on Saturday night and they can thank rookie Dillon Brooks for his efforts. Brooks powered Memphis to their first victory since Jan. 29.

The rookie out of Oregon put up 24 points and five rebounds on Saturday night to lift the Grizzlies over the Denver Nuggets, 101-94. He shot 8-for-17 from the floor and 4-of-9 from 3-point range to bolster the scoring attack.

Brooks has seen an uptick in his production in March, averaging 18.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 32.7 minutes per game. He’s shooting 40.4 percent from 3-point land this month as well after shooting 25.8 percent in February.

The Memphis Grizzlies need more assets on offense and Brooks has answered the call. He put up a career-high 29 points on 10-of-18 shooting against the Chicago Bulls back on March 7. He’s the team’s second-leading scorer behind Tyreke Evans (22.5 points per game) in March.
