Overachiever: Rudy Gobert, Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz are enjoying another winning streak and it’s about time big man Rudy Gobert got some recognition for it. With Gobert in the rotation, Utah has a 28-15 record. Without Gobert, Utah is 11-15.

Gobert’s impact in the Jazz lineup is hard not to notice. He’s averaging 19.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, 1.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game in March. In seven of those eight games, Gobert has registered a double-double. On the season, he’s got 24 double-doubles.

Rudy Gobert is generating an offensive rating of 115.0 and a defensive rating of 88.8 with a net rating of 26.2 while on the floor for the Utah Jazz in March. They remain undefeated in the month and if they do, Gobert deserves some recognition for their success.

The Jazz are seventh in the Western Conference currently. If they can keep winning, they could find themselves in the top five in the playoff standings soon.
