With the 2018 NCAA Tournament underway, we take a look at how current Portland Trail Blazers fared in the Big Dance.

NCAA Tournament time is here! “March Madness” is an annual tradition unlike any other. On the court, 68 teams are going all out in a single-elimination gauntlet. These schools hope to either win it all or at least etch their name in tournament lore.

Off the court, millions of fans strive to be the next Nostradamus, filling out tons of brackets. These prognosticators aim to predict every tournament result correctly, but ultimately, most of those brackets will be busted within the first two rounds.

Many NBA players have experienced March Madness back when they were on campus. Certain players went only once and were eliminated before they were even settled in, but others have had the privilege of cutting down the nets, and some players even did so more than once.

In Rip City, 12 of the 16 current Portland Trail Blazers have experienced the Big Dance at least once in their collegiate careers. Which players had shining moments during their time there? With the tourney underway, let’s take a look into the past and see how these Blazers fared in the NCAA Tournament.
