Assuming he opts out of his contract this coming offseason, DeAndre Jordan will have no shortage of suitors to choose from.

The story of DeAndre Jordan is an impressive one.

Taken with the 35th overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, Jordan was blessed with sky-walking athleticism stuffed into a 6’11” frame.

After five years of maddening inconsistency from DJ, Doc Rivers was brought in to coach the Clippers, helping unlock Jordan’s full potential as a defensive anchor for L.A.

Since Rivers’ arrival, Jordan has morphed into one of the best rebounding, shot-blocking, high-flying centers in the game, and this summer the three-time All-NBA member hopes to get paid accordingly.

Whether or not these teams can obtain the cap space necessary to sign Jordan is another question, but if he’s looking to go to a team that’s best capable of utilizing his talents, these five fit the bill.
