Con: Limited scorer

Every great player is measured by his ability to put the ball in the basket. Sure, we admire and respect the defenders and rebounders, but the players who get the most acclaim are the scorers.

Avery Bradley may be elite on the defensive side of the ball, but he’s less than ideal as a primary scoring threat. He isn’t able to create off the dribble, and with less than two free throw attempts per game for his career, isn’t adept at getting to the line.

There are certain players that need the help of others in order to score, and that’s fine, but it limits what Bradley can contribute to the offense. Without anyone really capable of feeding him the basketball, it only makes Bradley’s offensive limitations that much noticeable.
