player. 125. A late riser on draft boards, it’s unclear if Texas Tech’s superb freshman Zhaire Smith will declare for the draft. For those not super familiar with his game, in a lot of ways he’s what people hoped Hamidou Diallo could be. Crazy bouncy, with a good feel for the game, Smith makes his impact on defense, above the rim and on the break. He’s still a work in progress on the offensive end, but shows potential with his shooting and passing. Add in his flashes of smothering defense and Smith is the exact kind of wing the Atlanta Hawks will want to gamble on late in the first round. That is, if he’s even available.. SG. Texas Tech. Zhaire Smith. 25
