A lot can change quickly with the San Antonio Spurs. The future of Kawhi Leonard is up in the air and Tony Park and Manu Ginobili are nearing the end of their careers. LaMarcus Aldridge has re-emerged and Dejounte Murray is coming into his own as a long point guard. This could be a great spot for the Spurs to add another young guard. Anfernee Simons is still in high school, but he’s a nice upside pick here. An explosive combo guard who can hit jumpers and create his own shot, Simons’ game is legit. It’ll take him some time to be ready for the NBA, but he might just be worth the wait.. PG/SG. IMG Academy. Anfernee Simons. 22. player. 29
