Top 4 Power Forwards

  1. Blake Griffin ($8,000) vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
  2. Julius Randle ($7,500) vs. Portland Trail Blazers
  3. Derrick Favors ($5,800) vs. Orlando Magic
  4. Marquese Chriss ($3,800) vs. Miami Heat

Rationale:

  • Blake Griffin snapped out of a three-game funk in a big way Saturday night. In 37 minutes against the Miami Heat, Griffin totaled 31 points on 10-of-21 shooting from the field along with six assists, four rebounds and three made shots from 3-point range. In the previous three games, Griffin totaled 32 points while shooting just 33 percent from the field and he failed to convert once from 3-point range. FanDuel NBA lineups are hoping his shooting slump is gone.
  • Perhaps the block of the year belongs to Phoenix Suns forward Marquese Chriss. When Atlanta Hawks rookie John Collins seemingly had a clear path to the rim on a fast break, Chriss erased the tomahawk jam emphatically. The block was part of an exceptional performance on the afternoon from Chriss, as he totaled 17 points, five rebounds, four blocks and four conversions from 3-point range. While Chriss may be a boom-or-bust prospect in FanDuel NBA leagues, his capabilities were on full display in Atlanta, and he proved he is worth a roster spot in fantasy lineups.
