March 4 vs. Indiana Pacers

The Washington Wizards will face their first must-win situation this Sunday against the Indiana Pacers. It is actually Washington’s first of two meetings against the Pacers in March. They also play again on March 17.

On Sunday, it will be the team’s second meeting of the season. The Wizards won the first and only meeting of the season, 111-102, back on Feb. 5. The Pacers were without Victor Oladipo in that game. It didn’t keep Bojan Bogdanovic from performing to the best of his ability against his former team, though. Bogdanovic went off for a season-high 29 points on 5-of-7 shooting from behind the arc.

Indiana should be firing on all cylinders with Victor Oladipo back in the rotation this time. Washington will have its hands full as teams are looking to make their final push to the NBA Playoffs. Home-court advantage works in the Wizards’ favor here, but they’ll still need to be ready to slow down Oladipo.
