March 8 @ Miami Heat

This is a revenge game of sorts for the Philadelphia 76ers. Last Tuesday, it was Dwayne Wade’s game-winner with 5.9 seconds left that gave the Miami Heat a 102-101 victory in the final moments. On Feb. 14, a buzzer-beater from Ben Simmons gave the Sixers a 104-102 victory over Miami in Philadelphia.

It’s only fitting the final game of this series comes on the road for the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers lead the current season series 2-1, but Miami is always a different team after the All-Star Break. So far, they’re 2-2 since the schedule has ramped back up, but as evidenced by their last meeting, D-Wade is just getting warmed up.

Miami is currently 32-30, with the eighth-best record in the Eastern Conference. The Heat have dealt with their fair share of injuries but their main players, Goran Dragic and Hassan Whiteside, are healthy and primed for a playoff run themselves. After falling short of the playoffs last season, it’s hard to imagine this team not making a harder push for them this year.
