The Philadelphia 76ers are well on their way to the promised land of the NBA Playoffs as long as they can stay consistent.

The Philadelphia 76ers can consider February a month of improvement. They went 8-3 in the month, surpassing last season’s win total of 28 in the process. In last month’s must-win scenarios, Philadelphia went 2-1. They lost a tough one to the Washington Wizards on Feb. 25, but it all comes with the learning curve.

The Sixers got the month of March off to a hot start with a victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night as well. It’s something for them to build on in the early going this month. Honestly, the back half of their schedule this month isn’t a very tough one. After March 15, two of their next eight opponents have winning records. Those two opponents are both Western Conference opponents as well.

Despite their scheduling, the show must go on for the Philadelphia 76ers. The beginning of the month still proves to be a tough stretch for them. With the playoffs on their mind now, they’ll need to be laser-focused on defense and healthy going forward.

Big man Joel Embiid continues to lead the team in scoring (23.8 points per game) while rookie Ben Simmons asserts himself at the point guard position. Here’s a look at the must-win games for Philadelphia in March.
