Top 4 Shooting Guards

  1. Tyreke Evans ($7,900) vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
  2. Donovan Mitchell ($7,700) vs. Portland Trail Blazers
  3. Gary Harris ($6,000) vs. San Antonio Spurs
  4. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ($5,700) vs. Dallas Mavericks

Rationale:

  • By returning to a similar production level as his debut season, Memphis Grizzlies guard Tyreke Evans has likely earned himself a sizable contract offer this summer. Evans has been among the few bright spots for the Grizzlies in a down year, averaging 19.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists a night — figures he hasn’t approached since his rookie year. The 6’6″guard guard has scored 35 or more fantasy points in FanDuel NBA tournament play in three of his last four games, cementing himself as a solid roster option any night.
  • The Los Angeles Lakers have supplied shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope a larger piece in the rotation, and he has responded with elevated production. FanDuel NBA leagues have taken notice of the 14 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.5 steals Caldwell-Pope has logged in 34.9 minutes per game since Jordan Clarkson was dealt away. With a cost of $1,000 less than an average roster position, Caldwell-Pope could be the steal of the night for FanDuel NBA tournaments.
