FanDuel NBA Daily: Fantasy basketball lineup for February 22
Top 4 Power Forwards
- Ben Simmons ($9,000) vs. Chicago Bulls
- Aaron Gordon ($8,500) vs. New York Knicks
- Tobias Harris ($6,700) vs. Golden State Warriors
- Lauri Markkanen ($6,400) vs. Philadelphia 76ers
Rationale:
- Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons is on pace to average over 15 points, 7.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game, marks only two other players in league history reached in their debut season. The previous two not only went on to earn a place in the Hall-of-Fame, but are legends of the game, as Oscar Robertson (30.5 points, 10.1 rebounds and 9.7 assists) and Magic Johnson (18 points, 7.7 rebounds and 7.3 assists) are the only other rookies to make a similar impact in an array of ways.
- Tobias Harris has managed to increase his valuation as a FanDuel NBA performer since joining the L.A. Clippers by collecting more rebounds. In his six appearances with his new team, Harris is posting 6.8 rebounds a night — 1.7 more than he was averaging with the Detroit Pistons during the first 48 games of the year. Along with his increased rebounding rate, Harris has elevated his assist and steal production, while still pouring in 17.2 points a night, making him a tremendous value play for FanDuel NBA rosters.
