3. Feb. 25 @ Washington Wizards

The Philadelphia 76ers are 1-1 against the Washington Wizards this season. They dropped their season-opening meeting with Washington 120-115, but won the last meeting on Nov. 29, 118-113.

The Sixers and Wizards are two teams still looking to find their consistency this season. Both teams have an issue playing down to their competition but this matchup shouldn’t have that stigma. Philadelphia has lost three straight games while Washington has won three straight games without one of their superstars in John Wall. The Sixers are 12-12 against the Eastern Conference this season after an ugly loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night.

Philadelphia should hold the upperhand with what both Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid bring to the table. Now, they just need to execute. One player they need to get going by month’s end is forward Robert Covington. Covington has struggled lately on both ends but a big game here could change that outlook.
