2018 NBA Draft big board: End of January
By Max Holm
15. Dzanan Musa – Cedevita
In what’s looking like a weak international class, there’s no clear best player after Luka Doncic. Dzanan Musa may have the best case, however. Still yet to turn 19, Musa is getting plenty of minutes for Cedevita in Croatia. His minutes are a good sign as many prospects, like Frank Ntilikina last year, usually play sparingly.
What’s most intriguing about Musa is how well he scores the ball at 6’9″. Musa is not just a forward who can stretch the floor very well. He possesses an underrated ability in the pick-and-roll and can shoot off the dribble as well. At such a young age and with a thin frame, it’s hard to tell what kind of defender he can become. Still, players with his skill-set are very rare, making him a possible lottery pick.
