1. Splash Brothers lead the way

Even with all the playmakers on the roster, when you think about the Warriors, the first two names that come to mind are Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. It was these two guys playing at a high level that fueled the Warriors’ victory.

Curry finished the evening with 30 points, nine rebounds and four assists while shooting 10-for-18 from the field and 6-for-11 from long distance. Meanwhile, Thompson posted a season-high total of 38 points to go along with four rebounds and two assists.

Like his teammate, Thompson also had an efficient night, shooting 12-for-22 overall and 7-for-13 from downtown. Going back to the game-changing third quarter, the Splash Brothers outscored the Bulls by themselves 22-12.

Furthermore, despite the fact the Bulls outscored the Warriors 56-28 in the paint and enjoyed a 26-7 advantage in fast-break points, the outside shooting of Curry and Thompson proved to be too much for the home team to overcome.
