Rationale:

  • If New York Knicks power forward Kristaps Porzingis can reject at least one shot Wednesday night against Memphis and then Friday in Utah, he will be the first player to have multiple streaks of 15 consecutive games with at least one rejection this year. Porzingis leads the league in blocks with 2.3 per game and is just 14 away from reaching the century mark for the third consecutive season. The lofty block totals coupled with the explosive scoring of Porzingis makes him an elite FanDuel NBA roster option on any night.
  • An MCL injury forced Blake Griffin to miss 13 consecutive games and Monday marked just the second time he has registered a double-double since he has returned. Griffin totaled 29 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and a steal, enough for 48 fantasy points in FanDuel NBA tournament play. The fantasy point total was the highest for Griffin since he logged 50 against the Atlanta Hawks on Nov. 22. In 20 career games against the Denver Nuggets, Griffin has logged 20.4 points, 9.7 rebound and 4.8 assists, making him an excellent option for FanDuel NBA lineups Wednesday night.
