Milwaukee Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe is providing elite FanDuel NBA fantasy basketball numbers on both ends of the court.

Being able to turn defense into easy scoring opportunities is a specialty for Eric Bledsoe and the skill has propelled his valuation in FanDuel NBA fantasy basketball lineups.

Since the start of the new year, the cost of adding Bledsoe to FanDuel NBA rosters has risen by $1,200, a reflection of the impact he has made since being acquired by the Milwaukee Bucks.

The tenure of Bledsoe with the Phoenix Suns came to an abrupt end, as he requested to be dealt away from a team he felt was intentionally losing games. The Suns kept Bledsoe on the bench for the final 15 games of last season due to knee soreness, even though he claimed he was healthy.

Bledsoe took to Twitterstating he didn’t want to be here and the Suns responded by dealing him to Milwaukee for Greg Monroe and protected first and second round selections in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Joining the Bucks roster has sparked Bledsoe defensively, as he is averaging 2.0 steals per game, the second-highest average in the league behind only Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George.

By creating turnovers, Bledsoe has helped create scoring opportunities for Giannis Antetokounmpo, as his 7.5 points per game in transition rank as the highest amount in the NBA this season.

Scoring hasn’t been a problem for Bledsoe alongside his new All-Star teammate. Bledsoe has averaged 18 points on 46.7 percent shooting from the field in his 29 appearances for Milwaukee.

Along with his lofty scoring figures, Bledsoe is posting 4.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds and is connecting 1.6 times a night from 3-point range, matching a career-high.

More importantly for the Bucks, the 6’1″ guard has become the primary scoring option for the team with the game on the line. Bledsoe has scored 65 points in crunch time — the final five minutes of the fourth quarter or overtime when the game is within five points — for a figure that ties him with Bradley Beal for the ninth-most in the league this season.

The figure is even more impressive considering Bledsoe has played eight fewer games than Beal in 2017-18 and his new teammates have quickly recognized his prowess in the fourth quarter.

Bledsoe is knocking down 40 percent of his attempts from 3-point range in crunch time, an improvement of 7.3 percent against his overall average for the year.

Success in FanDuel NBA tournament play is predicated on production every quarter and Bledsoe has managed to deliver no matter the situation.
