The Portland Trail Blazers had a 2017 filled with phenomenal highlights. Here are the top 10 individual games of this year.

The year 2017 ends with a thud for the Portland Trail Blazers. Kicking off a three-game East coast road trip, the team lost 104-89 to the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night. At 10-26, the Hawks are the worst team in the NBA.

With the loss, the Blazers finish the calendar year with a 45-37 record. That encompasses a 27-20 record in the latter half of the 2016-17 season and an 18-17 record to kick off the 2017-18 campaign.

This year has been a roller coaster. There were rough patches such as a 2-7 February and a 5-8 December. But there were also great moments such as the acquisition of Jusuf Nurkic, the 13-3 March and the team clinching their fourth consecutive playoff berth.

Today, we’ll take a look at more of those bright spots in the form of a top 10 list. This list will look at the best individual Blazer performances of 2017. The selections were decided by looking at players’ Game Scores for games played during the calendar year.

You’ll notice two trends while reading this list. First, it’s entirely populated with standout games from the trio of Damian Lillard, C.J. McCollum and Nurkic. Secondly, each performance came in a Blazers victory. These two trends illustrate the importance of these three to the future of the franchise. If these three are at their best, so are the Trail Blazers.

So which games made the cut?
