Fatigue has never been a factor for Russell Westbrook, so even after playing a career-high 52 minutes Friday night, he is a must-add for any FanDuel NBA lineup.

Fresh off a a triple-overtime performance in Philadelphia, Russell Westbrook is a must-add in all FanDuel NBA lineups.

As he proved Friday night against the 76ers, counting Westbrook out at any moment is a mistake. Of his 27 points on the night, 14 came after the fourth quarter.

In the third overtime, he scored the first six points of the period for Oklahoma City and found Andre Roberson under the basket for the game-winning layup, clinching a 119-117 victory.

Along with his 27 points, Westbrook posted a season-high 18 rebounds, 15 assists and two steals, completing his 10th triple-double of the year and the 89th of his career.

An emphatic dunk over Dario Saric proved Westbrook isn’t capable of slowing down.

Less than 24 hours after playing a career-high 52 minutes, Westbrook and the Thunder travel to New York to face the Knicks.

For his career, Westbrook has played over 45 minutes on 10 occasions and in the following contests, he has remained an effective centerpiece for FanDuel NBA lineups.

Westbrook has averaged 22.1 points, 8.5 assists and 6.4 rebounds a night, figures alone that are worth 40 points in FanDuel NBA tournament play.

The reigning MVP has thrived in 17 career appearances against the Knicks, posting 26.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 8.4 assists and 1.7 steals a game.

Most players would be worth staying away after playing 50-plus minutes the previous night, but Westbrook seemingly was built to play basketball.
