In Week 9 of NBA Power Rankings, the Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks are starting to prove themselves in the East.

The Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors still run the Western Conference, while the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics are staking their claims out in the East. However, it’s the dark horse contenders rising up the latest NBA Power Rankings that grab our attention in Week 9.

The question is, where do they all end up in Week 9? Here are the latest NBA Power Rankings.
