NBA Trade Grades: 76ers send Jahlil Okafor to Nets

The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to send Jahlil Okafor to the Brooklyn Nets for Trevor Booker. Here are NBA Trade Grades for both sides.

It was only a matter of time before the #FreeJah movement reached its conclusion, and Thursday afternoon, a merciful trade materialized for both Jahlil Okafor and the Philadelphia 76ers.

As reported by ESPN‘s Zach Lowe, the Sixers have agreed to send their disgruntled and rarely used center to the Brooklyn Nets for Trevor Booker.

Philly will also send Nik Stauskas and a second round draft pick to Brooklyn as part of the deal. According to The Vertical‘s Shams Charania, the second-rounder is a 2019 pick via the New York Knicks.

The Nets will also release Sean Kilpatrick to make room for the incoming Okafor and Stauskas.
