Minnesota Timberwolves: 3 keys to a successful homestand
The Minnesota Timberwolves open up a four-game homestand Wednesday night against the Orlando Magic. Here are three keys to making the most of it.
The Minnesota Timberwolves have lost two games in a row. In back-to-back losses they have been outscored by a combined 24 points in the fourth quarter. This inability to close out games is something that a team needs to iron out if it has serious playoff hopes.
In both games, Karl-Anthony Towns had to go against very physical matchups in Dwight Howard and Andre Drummond. Coming back home is a relief for the Timberwolves since they are 5-2 at the Target Center. They legitimately have a chance to come out of this four-game homestand as the best home team in the league.
