23. Shake Milton – SMU

I’ve written extensively on Shake Milton and there’s a lot to like. He has excellent size to guard multiple positions, perhaps even 1-3. Standing 6’6″ with a wingspan of almost seven feet will do that for you.

Add in the ability to handle and pass some, and an excellent shooting touch and you see why NBA teams have an eye on him. A career 42 percent 3-point shooter, Milton looks like he could hang in the league in a lesser role.
