29. Gary Trent Jr. – Duke

Amidst the additions of star freshmen Trevon Duval and Marvin Bagley III, Gary Trent Jr. has flown under the radar. Make no mistake, this smooth 6’5″ shooting guard is a legitimate NBA prospect. Trent Jr. had a memorable debut, scoring 17 points on 4-of-5 shooting from deep. Late in Duke’s win over Michigan State, he also hit a clutch 3.

The 3-ball is his calling card. He’ll get a lot of open looks this year with the talent Duke has. If he can show some life on defense or attacking off the dribble, he might be in the NBA a year early.
