Picking the wrong expensive player in daily fantasy basketball can sink your team immediately. Below are a list of players who are set up to have a great statistical game for Nov. 9.

Most successful fantasy NBA basketball lineups have a “building blocks” player. These are guys you’ll want to center a team around. They will cost a good amount of your salary, but will also get you a hefty amount of fantasy points.

These are also guys, whether due to a good matchup or not, that could blow up statistically in a single game. If you are going to spend a large amount of your hard-earned fake money on DraftKings, you’re going to want to make sure you at least have a chance of that player having a standout game.

One of the biggest factors when assessing if a player could have a great game is looking at their opponent. If the team has a poor defensive rating, that will certainly play a factor. If someone is sitting due to rest or a starter is injured, that also matters.

Sometimes the best indicator is to see how other players of the same position have fared in recent games against their opponent. Here are three players who are set up to have huge games on Nov. 9.
