The Chicago Bulls are 1-4 through their first five games. Here are the main takeaways from the first week of their 2017-18 season.

As a surprise to exactly no one, the Chicago Bulls have lived up to the expectations of a team that will have its fair share of struggles so far in 2017-18. Sure, they have played well in spurts and a couple of their games could have gone either way down the stretch.

In spite of the inspired effort, though, they only have one victory under their belts. Sure, It would be easy to talk negatively about the injuries to multiple players.

It would also be easy to poke fun at the so-called culture of the organization on the heels of the altercation between Bobby Portis and Nikola Mirotic. While there are plenty of shortcomings to speak of, there are also a few other notable takeaways from the first two weeks of the Bulls’ 2017-18 season and today we will take a look at a few of them.
