The Portland Trail Blazers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 103-93 on Tuesday at the Moda Center. Here’s a list of the top-3 Blazers from that game.

With their 103-93 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday at the Moda Center, the Portland Trail Blazers have now won their regular season home opener for the past 17 years.

But trust me when I say that there were many times throughout the course of the night that the streak appeared to be in danger.

One of the main causes for concern all night was Damian Lillard‘s poor shooting. While he still finished with a solid stat line of 13 points, seven assists and five rebounds, Lillard was simply unable to find a comfortable shooting rhythm, failing to provide the Blazers with his usual scoring.

He ended the game shooting 3-of-16 from the field and 1-of-8 from behind the arc.

Jusuf Nurkic‘s early foul trouble also presented the Blazers with some trouble early on, as did C.J. McCollum‘s early cold spell. Lucky for the Blazers, however, Terry Stotts was able to find a couple players to help keep the team afloat until one of the Blazers’ Big Three was able to get it going.
