Here are three takeaways from the Portland Trail Blazers win over the Indiana Pacers on Friday.

The Portland Trail Blazers remain undefeated in the 2017-18 NBA season following a dominant win over the Indiana Pacers, winning 114-96 on Friday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN.

It was certainly a team win on Friday against Indiana as five players finished the game in double digit scoring. C.J. McCollum led the way with 28 points (12-18 FG) in his 2017-18 season debut, adding in 7 rebounds in 32 minutes. Backcourt mate Damian Lillard finished with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.

Coming off the bench, Evan Turner posted 17 points and 3 assists. Al-Farouq Aminu dropped a double-double with 16 points and 16 rebounds, while Jusuf Nurkic tallied 11 points in 26 minutes.

Rip City improves to 2-0 as they head to the BMO Harris Bradley Center to visit Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks — but before we get into that, let’s discuss some of the takeaways from the Blazers win over the Pacers.
