1. The Wolves need time to build chemistry

This is something that will not show up on the stat sheet, but was apparent while watching the game. The Wolves looked sloppy at times on both sides of the floor. They have a lot of talent and players are going to have to find their roles.

It isn’t just the starters who have to find their new roles. The five players who came off the bench need to figure out how the team can best utilize them as well. There was an awkward feel to the chemistry last night.

This will improve with time. Adding new players is tough on the newcomers and the players who already had established roles. Hopefully the players are unselfish and willing to do whatever it takes to win games. That may include a hit to certain statistics.

The Minnesota Timberwolves do not have a lot of time to regroup after the loss. The Utah Jazz are coming to town tomorrow in a game where Ricky Rubio has a chance to show the Wolves what they are missing out on. On paper once again, this is a very winnable game for the Wolves. They are going to have to come together on the court though to get their first win.
