Heading into a 2017-18 season filled with question marks for the San Antonio Spurs, here are five goals for Kawhi Leonard.

The San Antonio Spurs are a team with good experience, but the age of some of the stars may be a factor more than ever before in 2017-18. Kawhi Leonard, however, is entering his seventh season in the NBA and should be primed for another good year.

Unfortunately, Leonard missed the entire preseason with a quad injury and currently has no timetable for return. When he returns, he will be potentially without longtime starter Tony Parker for a large number of games..

When you add to this the change in personnel on the bench, there is going to be a tremendous amount of pressure on the Spurs star.

Leonard is going to need to rehab his quad. He will then have to hit the ground running. He has no choice if the Spurs are to be competitive in the potential bloodbath that is going to be the Western Conference this year. The Spurs will need the best out of their star if they hope to achieve a third 60-win season in a row and remain in contention.
