The Denver Nuggets have an important season ahead, and Gary Harris is one of their more important players. Here are 5 goals for him for this coming season.

The Denver Nuggets made some major changes to their roster after a disappointing end to the 2017-18 season.

Danilo Gallinari was shipped off to the Los Angeles Clippers in a sign-and-trade. The 13th overall pick that came as a result of their narrow playoff miss turned into Trey Lyles and the 24th overall pick, used to select Tyler Lydon.

Their biggest move this summer, in both dollar value and team impact, was the three-year $90 million deal for four-time All-Star Paul Millsap.

While signing Millsap is clearly a huge gain for this team, their most important deal of the summer may have come in early October. The Nuggets inked up-and-coming young shooting guard Gary Harris to a four-year, $84 million extension.

Nikola Jokic is the team’s superstar, and Paul Millsap will be the defensive anchor. However, Gary Harris’ play this season may be the swing factor between competing for home-court advantage and missing out on the playoffs entirely. With that in mind, here are five goals for Gary Harris for the 2017-18 season.
