30. Paul Zipser, Chicago Bulls

If you’re starting to notice the trend, the starters for the 2017-18 Chicago Bulls tend to rank somewhere in this region on every list. Thank goodness for Luke Doncic and Marvin Bagley III, eh?

This 2016 second round pick only appeared in 44 games as a rookie, compiling an unimpressive 5.5 points and 2.8 rebounds in 19.2 minutes per game. He shot 39.8 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from downtown and finished with a Player Efficiency Rating of 6.9.

So yeah, Paul Zipser is not exactly a name to get excited about. It’s not even a name the G League would get excited about. But as an unglorified role player who will take direction from Fred Hoiberg as he finally gets to implement Hoi-ball, perhaps the Bulls will benefit from that kind of selflessness and team play. After all, it’s working so far in preseason and that always lasts!
