What five goals should be set for Los Angeles Clippers’ star big man DeAndre Jordan in the 2017-18 NBA season?

DeAndre Jordan and the Los Angeles Clippers are set to open the 2017-18 season with the start of a new era. After trading Chris Paul this past offseason, Jordan and Blake Griffin are the faces of the Clippers’ franchise and are more than ready to step up and keep the team in contention in the Western Conference.

Throughout his career, Jordan has been known as a defensive threat. His offense has been inconsistent at times, but that is about to change. Jordan will be given the biggest role in the offense this season that he has had since joining the Clippers.

Last season with the Clippers, Jordan ended up averaging 12.7 points, 13.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game. He shot 71.4 percent from the field overall, but struggled once again at the foul line at just 48.2 percent.

Blake Griffin will be the focal point of the offense, but Jordan will be asked to step up and pick his scoring up as well. He will also be expected to step up as a leader for the young roster that the team was able to put together.

With all of that being said, what five goals are realistic for Jordan this upcoming season with the Clippers?
