Boston Celtics: 5 goals for Jaylen Brown in 2017-18
By Evan Massey
1. Become more aggressive on both sides of the court
Heading into his second NBA season, there are no more excuses for not being aggressive. Brown needs to become much more aggressive, not just on the offensive end of the court, but on defense as well.
After defending against LeBron James in the Eastern Conference Finals and playing on the biggest stage in the conference, Brown should be confident this season.
Confidence is key for any young player to become more than a role player. Brown has star potential, but he will not unlock it by playing a shy brand of basketball. Brad Stevens is one of the best head coaches when it comes to unlocking confidence and aggressiveness, which bodes well for Brown this season.
