What five goals can be set for Boston Celtics’ second-year small forward Jaylen Brown’s 2017-18 NBA season?

Jaylen Brown is heading into his second NBA season and is looking to take a big leap forward after showing a lot of potential last season. He had a bit of an inconsistent regular season, but took his game to a new level in the postseason and became a key player for the Boston Celtics. Now, he will be asked to take on an even bigger role following the trade of Jae Crowder this offseason.

Last season with the Celtics, Brown ended up averaging 6.6 points per game, while chipping in 2.8 rebounds. He shot 45.4 percent from the floor overall and knocked down 34.1 percent of his 3-pointers.

Boston went through a major offseason of change this year. Danny Ainge was able to go out and sign Utah Jazz star Gordon Hayward in free agency, but that was just the start of their hectic offseason. They then made an aggressive move to trade for Cleveland Cavaliers star point guard Kyrie Irving and sent Isaiah Thomas and Jae Crowder, along with other pieces, to Cleveland.

Brad Stevens couldn’t be more excited about the upcoming season. He may have some chemistry problems to start the season with a brand new core, but the Celtics have the talent to compete with the Cavaliers.

With all of that being said, what five goals should be set for Jaylen Brown heading into the 2017-18 NBA season?
