Heading into his last season under contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, here are the five goals for LeBron James in 2017-18.
LeBron James is arguably the greatest talent the game has ever seen. He’s still the best basketball player in the world at 32 years old, and just posted career-high numbers in assists and rebounds last season while leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to their third straight NBA Finals since his return to the franchise in 2014.
Now, the 14-year veteran is looking to direct his team back yet once again.
He averaged 26.4 points, 8.7 assists, and 8.6 rebounds in 74 games for the Cavs last season en route to guiding the franchise to its third straight Finals, and shot a career-best 54.8 percent from the field. James, who played a league-high 37.9 minutes per game, was named to his 11th All-NBA First Team, tying the record for most selections previously held by Karl Malone and Kobe Bryant.
