Following an incredibly successful offseason in EuroBasket with his native Slovenia, here are five goals for Goran Dragic in season 2017-18.

While many NBA stars participated in pickup games to ready themselves for the upcoming season, Goran Dragic was busy dominating in a true on-court setting.

The Miami Heat point guard is fresh off leading his native Slovenia to become EuroBasket 2017 champions. In the process, Dragic was named MVP of the tournament as he simply dominated the best that European basketball has to offer.

But now Dragic will need to quickly shift his focus to the Heat’s impending training camp, and begin to prepare for his 10th season in the league.

Last season, Dragic averaged 20.3 points, 5.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 33.7 minutes per game. Like the rest of the Heat roster, Dragic started the season slowly, but simply got rolling as the Heat flipped an 11-30 start into a 30-11 finish to the season.

Over a 14-game stretch when the Heat were in full flight, Dragic took his game to another level by averaging 23.3 points, 6.4 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals percent while shooting at a 53.6 percent clip from 3-point range.

The noticeable change in the Heat’s style of play, conducive to a more open and attacking style of play, is perfectly suited to Dragic’s skill-set. So with a more settled playing group entering the season, Dragic is certainly more than primed to lead the Heat back to the postseason action.

With this in mind, here are five goals for Dragic in season 2017-18.
