The Washington Wizards found a way to retain their entire starting five this offseason and one of the most important pieces to their success is Otto Porter Jr. Here are five goals for his 2017-18 season.

The Washington Wizards are officially a team on the prowl for a deep playoff run during 2017-18. John Wall and Bradley Beal make up one of the best backcourts in the league, but last year Otto Porter Jr. proved to be a newly minted weapon on offense going forward.

Three players in the Wizards” starting five all started their first career game in Washington and all look to remain there for quite a few years. Porter is currently entering his fifth year in the league, and has brought his productivity to new heights over the past two seasons.

During the 2016-17 regular season, he found his way to become the fourth-highest ranked player in the league for 3-point percentage, and scored the second-highest offensive rating in the NBA (129.1) as the Wizards’ third option scorer.
